We Are Looking for a Structured and Engaged Sourcing Specialist

Do you want to shape the future of sourcing by developing processes, tools, and best practices? We are currently seeking a Sourcing Specialist Consultant with an immediate start date.

Your Role

As a Sourcing Specialist Consultant, you will:

• Develop, harmonize, and maintain processes, standards, and best practices in Indirect Sourcing.

• Drive and support activities that strengthen organizational maturity and long-term capability.

• Act as a trainer, coach, and enabler for colleagues across regions and functions.

• Monitor process adherence and support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Represent Indirect Sourcing in networks for responsible sourcing and global application portfolios.

• Prepare management reports, KPI follow-ups, and business reviews.

• Lead and coordinate governance activities, including forums, reviews, and follow-ups.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with:

• Extensive experience in strategic sourcing, procurement development, or process management, preferably in indirect sourcing within a multinational organization.

• Strong understanding of how sourcing operates in global or matrix organizations.

• Experience in developing or implementing processes, standards, or governance frameworks.

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to train, coach, and influence.

• Structured and analytical ability to translate complexity into clarity.

• University degree in business, engineering, supply chain, or equivalent experience.

• Fluent English in speaking and writing.

You are collaborative, curious, and proactive, and you enjoy working across teams and regions to shape how the organization evolves.

Assignment Details

• Duration: 6 months or longer

• Location: On-site in Sweden (hybrid options may be available)
